How can I add LiveNinja Messenger to my site?

Simply sign up with LiveNinja and we will guide you through the entire process. Once you log into your dashboard, you will find your code snippet in your settings. From there, you will be able to email the snippet to your developer so they can paste it into the code of your site. We also offer plugins for WordPress and Shopify sites that make installations even easier!

How can I manage my conversations?

We make it easy for you to manage all of your conversations when you download LiveNinja’s mobile and desktop apps (iOS, Android, Mac and Windows). You can even receive notifications directly to your phone so you’ll know whose reaching out even when you’re not online.

My customers can chat with me via sms text? How does that work?

Yup, it’s pretty cool. Once your site visitors initiate a conversation with you on your site, they’ll have the option to transfer the conversation to mobile. All they have to do is input their phone number and confirm that they’d like to receive messages from you on their phone.

When you reply or follow up, they’ll get your messages in an SMS text. From there, they can continue chatting in the text message thread.

Can they reach me via text directly?

Of course!

LiveNinja provides your company with it’s own phone number that allows any customer to text you at. You’ll be able to manage all of this easily within your dashboard.

Can I customize the widget on my website?

Absolutely! You can customize the color of your widget, as well as the greeting text in the settings in your dashboard.

How are you different from other live chat providers?

We have a little bit of a different approach. We believe that while “live chat” is important, it’s just one of the messaging channels your business needs. LiveNinja provides you with live chat functionality, plus SMS and Facebook Messenger integrations.

From your LiveNinja Dashboard, you’ll be able to easily manage conversations happening on all of those channels through our app. You can answer at your desk or on-the-go and receive push notifications so you never miss a message.
